Privacy policy

This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) posted and/or available on the Internet on the Website’s domain, as well as other agreements concluded with the User or possible to be concluded with the User.

By using the services of the Website, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy of personal data of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) and, freely and in his/her own interest, gives written consent to the following methods of processing Personal Information: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification (updating), modification, deletion, use, transfer (distribution, provision of access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes set out in this Policy, with or without the use of automation tools In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Client/User has the right to refuse to send personal data by filling out the appropriate forms.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Website may receive about the Client/User while using the Website, programs or products provided by the Website.

Purposes of collecting the User’s personal data

The Website may use the Client’s/User’s personal data for the following purposes:

  • Identification of the registered User on the Website.
  • Providing the User with access to the resources of the Website and the Website’s partners.
  • Establishing communication with the User, including phone calls, sending messages, responding to requests for use of the Website, providing services, processing requests and applications, sending advertising and other information about promotions and services of the Website.

To conclude the Agreements, the User may also provide the following personal information about himself/herself or about the organisation and its representatives on whose behalf he/she acts:

  • mail

You may also be provided with

  • name of the company
  • corporate registration data (company code, tax number),
  • registration address and postal address of such organisation,
  • corporate telephone number,
  • current account,
  • name of the servicing bank and correspondent account, etc.

Information about the organisation is not considered personal data.

Responsibilities of participants

The user has the following responsibilities:

  • Provide information about personal data required to use the Website in accordance with the terms of the Agreement or to conclude the Agreement.
  • When entering into the Agreement with the Website Owner, update the provided information on personal data in case of its change.

The administration/representative of the Website/Owner of the Website shall have the following responsibilities:

  • Use the collected information solely within the framework set out in this Privacy Policy.
  • Ensure the storage of confidential information not intended for disclosure without the prior consent of the User. The User’s personal data may be stored or transferred to authorised state bodies only in cases provided for by law.
  • To take measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the standards generally used to protect this kind of information in the business sphere.
  • Destroy or block the User’s personal data at the request of the User or at the request of the authorised bodies for the purpose of verification in case of detection of inaccuracies or illegal actions.

Protecting the information we collect

To ensure the confidentiality of Users’ data, the Website applies appropriate organisational and technical security measures. Only employees who need this information to perform their job duties have access to personal data.

The User is aware that negligence in the safe storage of their personal data may result in unauthorised access to this data by third parties. The Website shall not be liable for any damage caused by such unauthorised access. To ensure security, we recommend that Users use complex passwords containing a combination of numbers and letters.

Additional conditions

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent and prior notice of the User. The User is responsible for reading the updated version of the Privacy Policy, which regulates the rules for using the Website. Changes to the Privacy Policy shall take effect from the moment they are posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.

The current version of the Policy is available on the Contractor’s website and its subdomains on the Internet.

This Privacy Policy is developed and operates in accordance with the current Legislation of Ukraine on the protection of individuals in the field of personal data processing and on the free transfer of such data.
