This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") posted and/or available on the Internet on the Website's domain, as well as other agreements concluded with the User or possible to be concluded with the User. Information about the organization is not considered personal data.

Responsibilities of participants

The user has the following responsibilities:

• Provide information about personal data required to use the Website in accordance with the terms of the Agreement or to conclude the Agreement.
• When entering into the Agreement with the Website Owner, update the provided information on personal data in case of its change.

The administration/representative of the Website/Owner of the Website shall have the following responsibilities:

• Use the collected information solely within the framework set out in this Privacy Policy.
• Ensure the storage of confidential information not intended for disclosure without the prior consent of the User. The User's personal data may be stored or transferred to authorized state bodies only in cases provided for by law.
